Refunds & Returns Policy

At Old School, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your supporters and leisurewear purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, our simple returns process has you covered.

Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange it.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
