1. How much does delivery cost?
We offer two convenient delivery options:

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For full details, please see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
6. How do I request a refund?

7. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
